We rented two cottages from Mitch, (one in July, another in August), and had a wonderful stay both times. The River Cottage is absolutely beautiful and my family enjoyed sitting in the back looking at the scenery. PineVilla is in the perfect location, with a short walk to the beach. A wagon was also provided, making it easy to carry beach chairs and toys. Both cottages had everything you need to make your own meals, including a BBQ and fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Both cottages were also very clean and nicely decorated. Mitch is a great host, who was friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend renting one of their cottages, as I am sure they are just as lovely as the two we stayed at. Thank you for everything - we have had two great weeks at Sauble Beach! We have been staying at Sauble Cottages for several years. So grateful to Mitch and his wife for the amazing hospitality, beautiful cottages that are always so well kept, clean, beautifully decorated and landscaped. They put so much work in the upkeep of their properties and there are always upgrades that are made every year. They are responsive and accommodating as well as just very nice people (They have a lovely decor store on the main street at Sauble beach which is also highly recommended.) Location cannot be better as all are close to the beach, amazing coffee shops, bakeries restaurants and shops and a short bike ride away from Sauble falls. July 2021

Our stay was excellent in this fully furnished and renovated cottage. We enjoyed that it was in a quiet area as we had our small toddler with us. We were able to walk to the beach and the Main Street within a few minutes. The owner, Mitch, was very pleasant to deal with and was very responsive to any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at PineVilla. It is private and just a short walk to a great part of the beach. The yard outside the cottage is amazing and the fire pit is a great bonus. Mitch and Leah are great hosts and we will be coming back again. Randi Oct 2017 (PineVilla)
Mitch and Leah are fantastic hosts and operate several beautiful properties in Sauble Beach. I have personally booked multiple cottages through them over several years and will continue for many more to come. The variety of properties available through them allows guests to decide which area of Sauble Beach they would like to stay in, whether it's near the action on the main strip or away from the hustle and bustle. The brand new properties and the renovations they have completed on their older properties ensures they are all modern and clean, and shows the time and care they put into everything they do. Excellent location. Within walking distance to the beach and the Main Street. Cottage is lovely and clean. Nice private yard with decks, seating areas and a fire pit. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. (Rankin Cottage)
Mitch & his wife are very nice and caring hosts. I loved my first visit to the Sauble beach area. The cottage was a little cold due to the rainy weather and time of the season. Mitch provided heaters to warm the cottage prior our arrival to keep us warm. The cottage is very modern with a cottage feel. The kitchen was well equipped and airy. I'd recommend anyone planning a stay at sauble beach to rent one of Mitch's cottages as the walk to the beach is only a few minutes away, and very well furnished with very cute cottage decorations. He also provided places to visit in Sauble beach as did his wife. There's also a good local pizza place nearby that delivers all season long. Thanks again for the Sauble beach memories Mitch!
